Not being a specialist in IT I was concerned that the system would be too complicated to use on a daily basis, I was using a mixture of word and excel to manage bookings previously. However the time taken was becoming a huge burden and was restricting my response times for new enquiries. After speaking with I-Pro and receiving a demonstration I could instantly see the benefits and have never looked back since. As soon as I have taken payment the booyone who needs to know, knows!
