We have included a complete customer contact manager, this allows you to keep all your contacts in one location. Whether it be a supplier, Owner, Agent or holiday maker. These contacts are available to you wherever you have an internet connection.

Enquiry Management Console (EMC)

The enquiry management console is the hub of the activity it is here that you log each enquiry and hopefully progress to a booking, the system allows you to track all enquiries whether they are through the website or not.

Booking Management Console (BMC)

The booking management console allows you to track and monitor each booking, ensuring you have collected all the relevant information i.e. Traveller Names, Flight Details. More importantly is the fact that the booking management console will track payments due, money outstanding and booking commissions / money due to owner. Using the filters you can easily see which guests are leaving within the next 7 or 30 days.

Owner Login Console (OLC)

To take advantage of the online booking, it is vital that you control the availability of your properties, the owner login section allows the owner to update their calendar within a few clicks. Within the owner console they can request property updates, add special offers and update their contact information.
